About us

I have worked closely with animals, studying their behavior and influencing behavior change through positive reinforcement training for over a decade. Animals influence me in every facet of my life, and I hope you let them into yours through our creative products.

Working with them for over a decade

Bradley got his start at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological park in 2015. He worked as a bird and mammal keeper where he gained experience with a number of taxa over four years. He then had the opportunity to expand his knowledge in operant conditioning and accepted a job at Natural Encounters Inc. where he has spent the last eight years building his skills in animal behavior. He has worked his way up to Senior Trainer II level and is currently working on site at a famous theme park in Central Florida. During his time at NEI he has trained dozens of zoo professionals at both Bird of prey and professionals workshops, traveled the US for various roadshows and zoo consulting jobs, and has worked extensively in every department at NEI. He discovered his passion for merchandise when he organized supplying the merch for the State fair of Texas roadshow, in which all earnings went to the Natural Encounters Conservation Fund, NEI's Non profit. He has continued to supply merchandise for various events and has become a key part of the NEI team. Bradley is passionate about training for animal behavior and conservation.
